Could not load user profile on My Profile Page?

Hello,

I have recreated UPSA Proxy in my farm and associated UPSA with web application.

However, whenever I click on My Profile, I get following error !

Exception occurred loading user profile (/my/Person.aspx): Microsoft.Office.Server.UserProfiles.UserProfileApplicationNotAvailableException: No User Profile Application available to service the request. Contact your farm administrator.     at Microsoft.Office.Server.Administration.UserProfileApplicationProxy.GetRawPartitionID(SPServiceContext serviceContext)     at Microsoft.SharePoint.Portal.WebControls.ProfilePropertyLoader.get_CurrentPartitionId()     at Microsoft.SharePoint.Portal.WebControls.ProfilePropertyLoader.OnInit(EventArgs e).

Would you please let me know how can I resolve it ?
