Mixed HTTP and HTTPS Content with SharePoint 2010

Dear All,

I have an issue with one of the scenarios that i'm trying to implement for Mixed HTTP and HTTPS Content within SharePoint 2010.

I have a SharePoint 2010 App which is configured to work with (FBA & Windows Authentication), everything is working fine as it should be.

I already follow the same steps on the below links for Mixed HTTP and HTTPS Content within SharePoint 2010:

I'm not sure now what is the problem, BTW I'm talking about 2 different Development Servers with a self assigned certificate. Both are shown the same result.

So, my question like: Is there anyway to implement such a scenario within SharePoint itself?. Or Even is there any 3rd party App that can do the trick for me?.
