Configure Outgoing and Incoming email setting of Sharepoint 2013 hosted in Azure

Hi,

We have configured SharePoint 2013 Farm in windows azure.

I am trying to configure outgoing email settings using SMTP rely with our office 365 subscription. But we are getting the issue " Service unavailable; Client host [207.46.132.101] blocked using FBLW15". 

Also looking for option to configure incoming mail settings. Please share your feedback
