Document Library Permission:Enable File Upload , Download options and disable Check-in,Check-out and deleting option

Hi All,

      I have a in document library where users are holding contribution access .But now client requires to enable only file upload and download options .And disable check-in ,check-out and document deleting option.

        Can any one help me how can I achieve this.
