Sharepoint Server Search "Access is denied" 0x80041205 error.

Hi.

Every time I start the full crawl, I receiver the following error:

The start address http://srv cannot be crawled.

Context: Application 'Search_Service_Application', Catalog 'Portal_Content'

Details:
    Access is denied. Verify that either the Default Content Access Account has access to this repository, or add a crawl rule to crawl this repository. If the repository being crawled is a SharePoint repository, verify that the account you are using has "Full Read" permissions on the SharePoint Web Application being crawled.   (0x80041205)

What I've already done:

- remove the search app and recreate

- added the disableloopbackcheck to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Lsa

- added the content and search svc accounts to local admins and wss_wpg groups.

- restarted the server, iisreseted.

The farm is single MOSS 2010 machine on Win2K8 R2 SP1, with a remote SQL 2008. NTLM is used for authentication.

The crawling account has the full read permission for the web app.
