SharePoint backup error A timeout occurred

Hi,

My Environment:

SharePoint 2010  with SQL Server 2012 AlwaysOn Availability Group.

When i take backup getting following error on SharePoint_Config & SharePoint_AdminContent_ea978d1c

Error:A timeout occurred while waiting for generating index start time 

Pls tell what could be an issue and how to fix it.
