My Site Host Location does not retain the host I enter

I am trying to setup the MySites, however I notices that when I go into CentralAdmin -> UserProfileSettings -> MySiteSettings and try to change the "My Site host Location" it does not retain the url I am entering. I am entering the url "https://mysite.intranet.DOMAINCHANGED.com/"

I have tested multiple times and once I enter my new URL and hit ok, when I go back into the My Site Settings page it is still the previous entry. Any help would be appreciated.
