How to add a link containing a list field (variable) in a master page?

Hi,

I've added a wsp solution named ILoveSharepoint in my Sharepoint 2010 farm allowing me to use powershell command in my workflow. So my list workflow can add users in my aspnet database an then create personal site for each user added, in my site collection. I need first to set the user added as an administrator of his site with powershell and then to add a link containing a list field (variable) in the master page of the site created with sharepoint designer.
