SP2010 - duplicate sharepoint lists (How to delete)?

Hello,

In one of the site collection, When I go to "View all site content", i see the list twice with the same GUID. So when I make an update to any one, eventually both the lists gets that update. Since GUID is same, SharePoint is treating it just one list so I cannot one as well since It gets deleted both.

Have you seen this kind of weird issue? How to remove one?
