Redirect request from IIS serve to SharePoint server

I have a SharePoint server with 2 host name site colletions

I have another server with IIS installed, user request will come to IIS server first and then I want to redirect request to SharePoint server, What type of redirect it would be? Can I do it directly in IIS?
