Adding a new Web Front End Server to existing SharePoint 2010 Farm

Hi,

i have 1 app server and 1 WFE. i just add another WFE server on farm. now its listed under "Manage Server Farm" but it status showing "Not Configured" and upgrade required.

when i try to start any service to newly add WFE i go "Services on Server" but in action column no option to start or stop it just blank so please tell me what is the issue.
