SharePoint 2010 docx file needs to be recovered

While trying to access a document form a sharePoint 2010 site e.g. http://myshare.bcs.com/sites/ProjectDocs/my%20resume.docx, it's showing blank screen.

The file my resume.docx can be searchable on sharePoint site but while trying to download a copy it's showing

Error:
There are no more files. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070012)

From the file properties we see file was updated recently a week back.

Any one let me know how this file could be recovered
