Error while restoring SharePoint 2010 site to another server

Hi,

I took a backup of SharePoint 2010 site collection. Want to restore it to the different SharePoint server having same version. I am facing following error while restoration:

Your backup is from a different version of Microsoft SharePoint Foundation and can not be restored to a server running the current version.

We have installed same SharePoint and SQL version on both server. Also tried with cumulative updates on server, but not worked. Please let me know what may be the issue.
