how to prefill a hyper link column with static url in sharepoint 2010 list

I need to put a link to a document in the new form of a list so that user can click and read the document before they click another button to complete the form

I tried Hyper link or Picture type, but it does not allow prefilled value.

I thought another type "Hyperlink with formatting and constraints for publishing" can do that, but I don't see that type listed as a type

Is there a way to do that? Don't want to do coding.
