Excel Web App error “An error has occurred. Please try again.”

Error: Excel Web App error “An error has occurred. Please try again.”
Analysis:
1)It is not user-specific, as its happening to multiple users for same file.
2)It is not File specific, as the file which is giving error, works fine on another environment.
3)It is not Environment specific, as other files in same environment are opening properly.
4)I had made sure that Excel Calculation Services and Microsoft SharePoint Foundation Web Application are working (started state).
5)I had made sure that Excel service application is working (started state).
6)I had made sure that Excel service application service account has permission on the site.
7)I had made sure that Excel Service application’s trusted file location has added the site with excel files.
8)I had Check the SecurityTokenServiceApplicationPool has started.
9)I had done Recycle the application pool and reset IIS with no force.

Please suggest any solution other than mentioned above workarounds to resolve this issue.
