Sharepoint Patching giving error

Hi,

I have installed below listed share point patches in our UAT environment.

KB3114411

KB3114562

KB2553405

KB3115117

KB3114871

Applications are working fine but we see a new link coming on Central admin, please see below

We are not using one drive for share point. I suspect Kb’s ( KB3114411,KB3114562) CAUSING THE ISSUE. SO PLEASE PROVIDE SOME GUIDANCE HOW CAN WE FIX THIS ISSUE.  UNINSTALLING THE PATCH IS THE ONLY SOLUTION? ANY OTHER METHOD WE CAN FIX THIS? WE HAVE NO IDEA OF HOW TO UNINSTALL THE PATCH.PLEASE HELP TO PROVIDE THE STEPS IF THIS IS THE ONLY SOLUTION. THANK YOU!
