Files are missing from the Doc Libraries in a certain day of the week !!!

Hi,

We are using metalogix content matrix tool to migrate sites between environments. After migrating the sites everything looks okay but what happens is, in a certain day and time few files get missing from the document libraries. it happens once then we need to run an incremental migration task.

It seems like there is a specific scheduled job which is running from the server end it may cause this issue, however we have checked on few scheduled job but did not find anything. We have also checked on SPLogs but no luck.

The surprising thing is, files are being missing but they are not available in any level of recycle bin.

Has anyone faced this issue before or do you have any idea what is causing this problem?
