Server is busy now. Try later.

Hi,

Sometimes I am getting "Server is busy now. try later" message when I am trying to access SharePoint site. I did check log files and I found "Time Out" error message in logs.

May I know in what scenarios we get these kind of errors? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
