People or Group column in lists and libraries

When adding a People or Group column within a list or library, and choosing Name (with picture), the system is pulling pictures from an old library.

My sites, Silverlight and Outlook are pulling the correct set of three from AD source, but for some reason this isn't replicated here

I have tried different searches with google to no avail, I have been into service applications with Central admin to have a look at the Manage Profile Service, and that looks all good, synchronization schedule every day at 12:00AM and is connected to Active Directory.

Advice is much appreciated.
