How can I reset a Sharepoint rating?

I added the rating (0-5 stars) to my SP 2010 list and tested it by rating some items. I would like to reset the rating now (or set it to 0) but I can't find a way to do it. I could give it one star but I don't see an option to either reset the whole rating or to change my rating back to zero.

How can I (or other users (no admins)) reset their ratings, for example if they rated the wrong item?
