how to enable webpart connection feature for site

Hi Friends,

Today i was trying to create webpart connection between the dataview webpart and Data Form webpart in sharepoint designer 2010. But i stuck up in the error popup message that "Webpart connection feature for this site has been disabled by the site administrator. Please contract site administrator"

Please help which feature i have to activate. i have verified all the features in SharePoint 2010.

Also i have the administrative rights on site collection.
