Importing sites

Hi all

am getting the following error when trying to import sites to new sharepoint 2010 environment.

Warning: Import requirement file C:\Users\sharepoint\AppData\Local\Temp\a74ba349-bb1a-4847-9374-f11906571b5a\Requirements.xml was not found no verifications ran.
FatalError: Could not find file 'C:\Users\sharepoint\AppData\Local\Temp\a74ba349-bb1a-4847-9374-f11906571b5a\ExportSettings.xml'.

Any help will be much appreciated.
