Sharepoint sites going down and come back up

Hello,

Can anyone offer some assistance. My SharePoint site keeps going down for about 1 minute then comes back up. The users are getting correlation id errors. My SharePoint logs are crazy large so i am having trouble deciphering. Does anyone know something i can look at quickly for this.

SharePoint 2010

CPU was high earlier but now it is hovering around the 20 - 30% range. Memory is using 6 of 16gb. Virtual servers.
