SharePoint 2010 – Anyone cannot login to specific Site under one web application

By no reason one Site that is hosted under one web application, user including administrator »any« cannot login to that site from anywhere.

It work till today, and in the afternoon users reported, that they cannot login. I cannot logging from any place that includes SP Farm.  Farm is simple three tire farm.  It does not work if I use Host record to point that site to APP or WEB server form client and from Servers. I did isreset /noforce several times….

I get logging prompt, when I use SharePoint Manager, but do not have logging prompt with Feature admin. And of course I have admin rights and owner rights over site collection, and I have try to logging with different user, but no help.

Same problem is displayed when logging to any subside of that site. That site collection and root site is the only one in that web application. Every other site is built upon root site…

I`m waiting that Content database is backup, then I will remove Site and Web application and recreate  web application and site by attaching content database. I thing I will not recreate site, I will attached content database
