Is it possible to add Crawler Impact Rules programmatically

Hi all,

I'm working on scripts which can rebuild whole our farm from scratch with all settings set as it was. This includes Search Services and its configuration.

I was researching how to automatically add Crawler Impact Rules for each web application and couldn't find any powershell or stsadm command to perform this action.

Could anybody share some info about this?
